Those two are soft limits. Cross one and you get a warning, never a blocked invoice or lost data.

If one of those is the thing you need, say so and it moves up the list. We would rather lose a signup than surprise you a fortnight in.
Questions
Access to the app is suspended, not deleted. You can still sign in, see your billing, and export everything. Subscribe and it all comes back exactly as you left it. Your data is kept for 90 days after a cancellation.
You. Your clients pay into the bank account printed on your invoice, directly. We never touch that money and never sit between you and your client. The only payment we process is your own subscription.
You get a warning, and nothing else. We never block invoicing or delete anything for crossing a limit - a billing tool that stops you billing at month end is worse than useless. If you are regularly over, talk to us and we will sort out a plan that fits.
Yes. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no exit fee or lock-in. Export your data on the way out.
No. The 14-day trial needs an email address and nothing else. We ask for payment details only when you decide to subscribe.
Ten, on the standard plan, each with their own sign-in and their own role. That matters more than the number: the approval and payment controls only mean anything if people have separate accounts, so sharing one login defeats the point of the product.
Not yet - billing is monthly, by card. If paying for a year up front would suit your finance team better, say so and we will set it up; it is a short conversation rather than a feature we are waiting to build.
By card, through our payment provider, on the same day each month. Your card details never reach us. This is entirely separate from how your own clients pay you, which is by transfer into your own bank account.
Yes, and it is included. Email support@ugwo.ng and we will walk through your legal entities, bank accounts and first invoice with you. Most businesses are issuing within an hour without help, but the offer stands either way.
There is no client-facing portal, no public API, and no accounting-software sync yet. We would rather say so than let you find out after signing up. If one of those is a dealbreaker, tell us and it moves up the list.
